These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and q98com ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://q98com.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the q98com online casino, sports betting services, live dealer games and any related features or content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the q98com Platform, you confirm that you: (a) have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) are of legal age and are legally permitted to access online gambling services in your jurisdiction; (c) agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Registration and use of the q98com Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licensing conditions. Persons under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing or placing wagers.

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Single account: Each individual may maintain only one registered account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either voluntarily placed through q98com or through any other operator or regulatory programme — at the time of registration or play.
• Own funds: You confirm that funds deposited on the Platform belong to you personally and are not proceeds of criminal or fraudulent activity.

q98com reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access wagering features on q98com, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at that time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified us promptly of unauthorised access. q98com will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

q98com reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

q98com accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier section. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice. Users should verify the current list of accepted methods before initiating a deposit.

For contextual reference, Pakistani users may be familiar with mobile wallet services and bank transfer facilities commonly available in Pakistan. References to payment provider names on this Platform are for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling by those providers. Users must independently confirm that their chosen payment method permits gambling-related transactions under that provider's own terms and conditions.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

• Deposits may be subject to a fraud or risk assessment hold. Where such a hold is applied, q98com will notify the User and may request supporting documentation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. q98com reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of payment method and proof of address before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the timeframes indicated in the Platform's Help Centre for each available method. Processing timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by your payment provider's own timelines.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the most recent deposit, or an alternative method approved by q98com following a review.
• q98com may apply a withdrawal fee where specified in the cashier. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• q98com reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if it determines, acting reasonably, that the request was made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

q98com may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards, VIP tier benefits and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated per promotion (for example: a deposit bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount).
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live dealer games and slots may contribute different percentages. The contribution breakdown is stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Expired bonuses and related winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds: Where applicable, qualifying bets placed with bonus funds must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in the promotion. Bets placed below the minimum odds do not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Abuse: q98com reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to arbitrage wagering requirements.
• One bonus per household: Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method.

All sports bets, live bets and casino wagers placed on q98com are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time of placement. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. q98com reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where a pricing error has occurred or where a market has been suspended.
• Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international tournaments). In the event of a dispute about the official result, q98com's decision is final.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded or after a market has been suspended — whether due to a system error or any other reason — are void and stakes are returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets carry additional risk due to the dynamic nature of odds. Users accept that in-play odds reflect the state of the event at a given moment and that odds may change significantly within seconds.
• q98com reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at any time, including as a responsible gambling measure.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). RTP percentages are theoretical and represent long-run averages, not guaranteed returns per session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform, including through family members, associates or third parties acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, stolen or fabricated identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Employing automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software that gives an unfair advantage over other users or manipulates the Platform's systems.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, poker tables, live dealer results or any betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system glitches to obtain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown system error are void.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including staking patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk or extract value from promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy or any other means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions imposed by q98com.
• Any conduct that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

q98com is committed to responsible gambling as a core operational principle. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from within your account settings.

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Loss limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Users may set time limits on individual gambling sessions, after which the Platform will prompt the user to take a break.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of session duration can be activated to help users stay aware of the time and money spent.

• Self-exclusion: Users who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a defined minimum period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and the Platform will not accept bets from a self-excluded user during the exclusion period.

All content on the q98com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, page layouts, software code and data compilations — is the property of q98com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

q98com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content; (b) commercially exploit any content, data or software obtained from the Platform; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q98com, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

q98com does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages and third-party service failures may affect availability. q98com's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by q98com's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

q98com collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected includes registration information (name, date of birth, email address), financial transaction records, KYC documentation and behavioural data relating to your use of the Platform. Data is processed for purposes including account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and responsible gambling monitoring.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting q98com support. Any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees and subject to KYC completion) will be returned to you via an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

q98com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct; (d) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months and the balance is zero; (e) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal or financial risk to q98com.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach-related gains may be forfeited in whole or in part at q98com's discretion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q98com holds its operating licence, to the extent applicable. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the dispute resolution process specified in the Platform's Help Centre.

For Pakistani users specifically: nothing in these Terms alters the fact that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation — may apply to your use of the Platform. q98com makes no representation that the Platform operates legally under Pakistani law. Users are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

q98com reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, q98com will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in § 14.
